Designated Agent

AdaptixCore designates the following agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that material on the AdaptixCore platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material.
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent. A valid counter-notice must include the equivalent disclosures listed above, along with your consent to jurisdiction and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.

Repeat Infringers

AdaptixCore may terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).

Abuse of Process

Filing a false or fraudulent DMCA notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), including damages, attorneys' fees, and costs.
